Kindly note we accept exchanges within 5 days of receiving the package as long as the returned products are new and unused and returned with all original packaging and tags.
Please get in touch with us with your order number on shenaz@bottomlineshoes.com to initiate the same.
We will send you a payment link for the payment of the return courier charges. The payment link expires once the exchange window closes. Once the payment link expires and no payment has been made the exchange window will close and no exchanges will be issued.
Returned items will be checked by our quality check team. If the product fails to meet the standards mentioned the product will not be accepted and will be shipped back.
*Return shipping cost to be borne by the customer.
FINAL SALE:
FINAL SALE products are not applicable for returns, exchanges, alterations, or refurbishing. No requests for exchange/return/credit note will be entertained. Please note that final sale items may consist of older stock, and while they may have some minor issues, we carefully refinish every product to the best of our ability before dispatch.
Customised items are considered as final sale and will not be eligible for exchange or return.
If there is a need for the shoe to be altered and is within our scope of work, we will take on the alterations solely at our discretion.
Exchange/Credit note products are considered Final Sale. No returns/exchanges will be entertained.
Returns:
All purchases on full price/promotion are eligible for replacement only. Kindly get in touch with us within 5 days of receiving the product. You will be provided with a credit note after subtracting all shipping, and CoD charges (if applicable) for the same which will be valid for 3 months. Credit note will be of the same value of your order, the minimum order value for the exchange will be of your credit note. No exchange or returns will be entertained on credit note orders. Please get in touch with us with your order number on shenaz@bottomlineshoes.com to initiate the same. We will send you a payment link for the payment of the return courier charges. The payment link expires once the return window closes. Once the payment link expires and no payment has been made the return window will close and no credit notes will be issued.

Purchases made via credit note are deemed FINAL. There will be no returns/exchanges/refurbishment provided for the same.
Purchases made online/ redemption of store credit cannot be exchanged/returned/redeemed offline.

Warranty:
At Bottomline Shoes, we take pride in crafting each pair with meticulous care and attention to detail. Our handmade footwear undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure durability and comfort. That's why we confidently offer a 6-month warranty on all our products, ensuring your satisfaction with every step you take.
Please note that our shoes are designer pieces and are not meant to be worn in the rain; the warranty is void if they are exposed to such conditions.
Pairs under warranty are eligible for repair only. If they are not repairable, they will be replaced with the same design, subject to availability.
Once a warranty claim is used, it cannot be reused or extended.
We adhere to a strict quality control process for all our shipping and packaging procedures. In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or an incomplete order, please contact us on shenaz@bottomlineshoes.com with your order details and relevant images within 48 hours of delivery.
