Kindly note we accept exchanges within 5 days of receiving the package as long as the returned products are new and unused and returned with all original packaging and tags.

Please get in touch with us with your order number on shenaz@bottomlineshoes.com to initiate the same.

Returned items will be checked by our quality check team. If the product fails to meet the standards mentioned the product will not be accepted and will be shipped back.

All purchases on full price/promotion are eligible for replacement only. Kindly get in touch with us within 5 days of receiving the product.  You will be provided with a credit note after subtracting  all shipping, and CoD charges (if applicable) for the same which will be valid for 3 months. Credit note will be of the same value of your order, the minimum order value for the exchange will be of your credit note.No exchange or returns will be entertained on credit note orders. Please get in touch with us with your order number on shenaz@bottomlineshoes.com to initiate the same.

FINAL SALE products are not applicable for returns, exchanges, alterations or refurbishing. No requests for exchange/return/credit note will be entertained. 

Customised items are considered as final sale and will not be eligible for exchange or return.

If there is a need for the shoe to be altered and is within our scope of work we will take on the alterations solely at our discretion.
